Strategic Plan:
2022-2026
In 2022, pangea zimbabwe embarked on an ambitious five-year strategic plan that will see the organisation evolve to become an integrated primary health care organisation, using our proven peer-led model to double down on ending HIV, as well as to tackle new health challenges and reach more people — all with the aim of building a fairer, healthier future.
Strategic Direction
To improve health outcomes among rural and vulnerable populations through resilient primary health-care systems that deliver quality client centred services.
To contribute towards reduction in HIV incidence through evidence based, person centred policies and strategies..
To support policy development, program implementation and uptake of SRHR, HIV and AIDS prevention, treatment, care, and support service that need it the most including adolescents and young people.
To provide safe spaces where priority and key affected populations can access and utilise SRHR, HIV and Health services effectively.
To build the capacity and literacy of communities to demand access to quality services without fear of harm or discrimination.
To utilise advocacy to influence policies, unlock resources and strengthen interventions.
