PZAT has led and engaged in several programmatic and research activities focused on key affected populations in partnership with the MOHCC and academic, local and multi-national partners.     Job Summary The Data Manager will be responsible for assuring data quality for a 5-year multi-national research study (CATALYST). They will develop data collection and database systems for organizing data to store, analyze, identify, and report data and trends. Using their programming skills, they will develop data queries and scripts they can use to generate periodic and ad hoc reports for the study team. They will identify discrepancies in the data and liaise with site study coordinators and data collectors to resolve and document them. Position Summary The DSIEO will provide overall support for strategic information and evaluation to the DREAMS districts (Matabeleland North), the Key Population Program in Harare and AGYW program in Mazowe. The position is responsible and accountable for improving the quality of data generated by the districts, facility, and community service delivery platforms, as well as ensuring that data are accurately entered and reported timely onto the DHIS2 Database. The DSIEO works closely with the Programmes Officer/ Field Officer as well as relevant stakeholders in the district and technically reports to the Strategic Information Coordinator. Duration October 2022 to September 2023. Key Duties and Responsibilities The DSIEO will provide overall support for all SIE activities in the district of implementation. PZAT, which is the Monitoring, Evaluation, Results and Learning (MERL) hub for COMPASS Africa seeks to hire a competent MERL officer to join the team. Job summary The MERL officer will be based in Harare and provides support to the MERL Programme Coordinator. S/he is responsible for ensuring that all information and data from project activities across the COMPASS Africa coalition are captured, documented, analyzed and reported in a results-based and timely manner for internal and external reporting according to the MERL Management Plan and at the direction of the Program Coordinator. Microbicide Research and Development (R&D) to Advance HIV Prevention Technologies through Responsive Innovation and Excellence (MATRIX) is designed to positively accelerate early R&D for new HIV prevention products by providing an innovative ecosystem in which early-stage HIV prevention technologies can be advanced. MATRIX aims to expedite R&D of products for prevention of HIV in women and meet the unmet needs of women at risk of HIV through engagement of those who are most impacted by HIV by identifying HIV prevention product preferences, needs and priorities to inform technical decisions. This will also be achieved through engaging with relevant stakeholders, end-users and key influencers in relevant locations. Job Summary PZAT is looking to engage a full-time Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities under MATRIX project based in Zimbabwe.
